True Disposable

Some products may display dispatch labels such as “AU SHIP” or “HK SHIP”. These labels indicate the intended fulfillment region, while Australian local stock is still prioritized where possible.

Products without a dispatch label are prioritized for Australian local fulfillment. If local stock is unavailable, we will notify you before arranging international shipping.

We recommend choosing based on your usual flavour preference, such as fruity, mint, tobacco, or mixed flavours. Please check the product options carefully before adding the item to your cart, as flavour availability may change with stock.

Please contact our support team with your order number, product name, and a clear photo or video of the issue. We will review the case and assist according to our after-sales policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used disposable vape products cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
